Trip Description:
Renato Negri, organ professor at the Reggio Conservatory, has invited Joe Marchio to play a concert during the San Quirino festival in Correggio, Italy. How can one say no to such an invitation for an international debut?!!
This trip will be the essence of Reggio culture: music, food, art, wonderful people, and architecture, with a couple of surprises thrown in.

The 2026 Bach Festival, Leipzig
June 10–22, 2026
Trip Description:
Join Miguel Rodé for the Bach Festival in Leipzig, Germany. This year's subject is the Hit Parade of Bach's Top 50 Cantatas, as chosen by the 2024 concert goers. Come hear these magnificent choral works. Every day we will be greeted with the creations of Bach, in situ, where this musical giant composed, conducted, played the organ and raised his family. There will be some free time to explore the town on your own and rest your saturated senses.

Great Sounds, Great Spaces of Paris

Join Joe Marchio - yes, again! - as he guides us through the magnificent, great spaces in Paris. We'll see the renovated, gleaming white Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Palais Garnier, to name a few. A day excursion will take us to Chartres and its glorious windows.

Opera in Italy

Here's a little known secret to many of us: Miguel Rodé, the great Bach cantata expert, also loves opera. He'll guide us through Gounod's Faust and Mozart's Magic Flute as we wonder through Milan and Vicenza. We'll all be amazed at the artistic offerings in Padua. this trip is truly an art and music extravaganza.
